Role Overview
Classify requests, prioritize them, consult manuals and knowledge bases for an initial response, and route them to the responsible teams.
Support the generation of monthly reports.
Track and monitor SLA compliance.
Refine internal processes, handle customer support, and assist in process execution.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
Experience supporting payroll systems.
Experience providing first-level technical support.
Previous experience in government support environments.
ITIL certification (a plus).
Microsoft certifications (a plus).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to identify and resolve low-complexity technical issues.
Curious, self-taught profile with an interest in large-scale technical challenges.
