Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams from ideation through launch to identify legal and regulatory risks, ensuring that products are designed in a compliant and scalable manner.
Provide legal guidance during product development, advising on feature design, user flows, onboarding experiences, and pharmacy-related workflows.
Translate complex healthcare regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for product managers and engineers, enabling compliant innovation.
Counsel product positioning and claims, ensuring that marketing language, website content, in-app messaging, and partnership materials accurately and compliantly describe Blink’s services to pharmacies, providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and patients.
Ensure that external representations of Blink
including its products and services, sales and marketing materials, partnership materials, website content, and in-product messaging
are clear, substantiated, and compliant with applicable healthcare, marketing, and consumer protection regulations.
Support go-to-market strategy for new product features, including managing regulatory risk, drafting required disclosures, and advising on customer-facing terms and consent mechanisms.
Advise on integrations with third parties (e.g., pharmacies, PBMs, payers, claims processors, data vendors) and assess related regulatory implications.
Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic transactions, commercial relationships and product initiatives.
Work on other ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team, with an ability to help define your role as the business and the Legal team continue to grow.
Requirements
JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
5+ years of combined, relevant experience in top law firms, governmental agencies and/or in-house legal departments.
Meaningful experience advising on product development in regulated environments, ideally healthcare or health-tech related.
Demonstrated ability to assess risk in product features, translate regulatory requirements into engineering-ready guidance, and support go-to-market strategy.
Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, together with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, accessible advice.
Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
Sound practical business judgment.
Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred.
