You will lead a large creative production team, including hiring top talent and making tough calls to exit low performers when needed.
You will drive large-scale audience research to uncover real user pain points and translate insights into clear, actionable next steps.
You will own the company’s creative strategy, starting with Performance Marketing, with the opportunity to expand ownership across the entire product over time.
You will build scalable systems for creative production and analysis, turning creative output into a measurable, repeatable growth engine.
You will work closely with Analytics, User Acquisition, and MarTech teams to design and scale automated, data-driven creative systems.
