Role Overview
- Ensure the quality of chatbot solutions through manual and automated testing
- Create, execute, and document test scenarios for various types of validation
- Collaborate with multiple squads to understand business rules and product flows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements
- Manual Testing experience:
- Functional testing
- Non-functional testing
- Usability testing
- Regression testing
- Unit testing
- Test Automation:
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks
- Front-end: Playwright with JavaScript (migration in progress), Ruby for web
- Mobile apps: Playwright with JavaScript
- APIs: Behave with Python
- Other Technical Knowledge:
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform): Familiarity for log analysis, monitoring, and integration with pipelines
- NLP (Natural Language Processing): Basic understanding to validate chatbot flows and intents
- Preferred:
- Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD) and good version control practices
