Leads the execution of sales initiatives in all local, regional, and national assigned accounts
Provides leadership and coaching while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the selling organization
Utilizes resources available to build and retain a highly competent team
Accounts for selling and adherence to the Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA)
Maintains successful relationships with customer accounts, serving as the point of contact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management
Prior retail or direct-store-delivery (DSD) sales experience including contract terms and negotiations required
Prior experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
