Role Overview
Win complex, large-scale mandates in new business
Establish hallo theo with major property owners
Build a robust pipeline through consistent outbound activities
Systematically activate and expand the network to generate high-volume mandate wins
Position hallo theo as a scalable alternative to traditional property management companies
Stakeholder management from C-level executives to advisory board/committee structures
Clear management, documentation, next steps & forecasting in HubSpot
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in active B2B sales (ideally in real estate, investment brokerage, or premium real estate services)
Hunter mentality: strong cold calling, systematic outbound approach, and proven ability to secure meetings and close deals
Professionally confident, ideally with solid knowledge of WEG (German Condominium Act) and tenancy law
Strong negotiation skills (C-level, banks, advisory boards)
Extremely resilient, self-driven, and enjoy entering new markets
Consistent CRM usage (HubSpot)
