A Bachelor’s degree is required
A Master’s degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of 5 years of increasing business experience with a pharmaceutical/biotech/MedTech company is required
Previous R&D/scientific experience required
Anticipated 5% regional or international travel
Demonstrated ability to develop as well as implement work product/documents within an R&D setting is strongly preferred
Highly proficient in working in a team environment, including leading without authority and facilitating a team to deliver outcomes is preferred
Highly organized and meticulous; prior project management experience preferred
Well-developed interpersonal, networking and oral and written communication skills; skilled in careful communication and sensitive matters is preferred
Experience on a product development team is highly preferred
Consistent track record of identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risk in a balanced manner, so as to meet ethical, legal and compliance standards and business objectives is preferred
