About this role
Role Overview
Provide friendly, responsive Level 1 support to resolve incidents and service requests.
Support users across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and meeting‑room technology.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate clearly with users of all technical levels.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support experience.
Work closely with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver seamless support.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities, including device preparation and setup.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
Support process improvements that drive service consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements
Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication.
Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, mobile devices, and printers.
Good organisational skills and comfort managing competing priorities.
A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL are an advantage but not required.
