Role Overview
- Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes
- Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers
- Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management
- Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability
- Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety
Requirements
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels
- Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative
