Partner with hiring managers to identify 'Champions' within the recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch, consultative experience for every candidate
Use our AI-powered tools and modern sourcing platforms to build diverse pipelines of customer facing talent
Drive high-quality outcomes by evaluating candidates not just for skill, but for their ability to articulate the value of Snyk to C-suite and engineering leadership
Requirements
5–10 years of in-house recruiting experience specifically within the developer tooling, AppSec, AI or SaaS infrastructure space
Proven track record of hiring technical GTM talent, including Solutions Engineers and Technical Success Managers who have deep DevSecOps/AISec awareness
Strong understanding of the developer-first security market and the ability to speak the language of 'shift left' and automated security workflows
Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment where AI is constantly reshaping the landscape
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain executive presence when partnering with senior leadership
