Lead Insights Analyst for the Cloud Success Insights Team, responsible for delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Provide dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team, collaborating with different teams within CSG
Demonstrate versatility in tackling a diverse range of problem statements, encompassing in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation
Maintain a proactive attitude towards embracing new challenges
Achieve timely responses to questions raised by senior leaders, sometimes requiring flexible working hours

Degree or equivalent proven experience required
A bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, preferably in a data analytics team
Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL
Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)
A curious mindset that enables to dive deep & fetch insights
Excellent skill of preparing Exec level stories
Demonstrated experience of creating & presenting data/dashboards/analysis to the leadership team & ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives
Assume responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish
Nice to have skills: Direct experience (2+ yrs) in data-engineering; Tableau certification like desktop specialist/professional; Experience working with cloud data sources; Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modelling, machine learning using python/R; Salesforce Product Certification
