Analyze enablement program data (e.g., learning plan completion, certification/test performance, participation) and summarize trends to support program decisions.
Support dashboard development and enhancement for Enablement reporting, including cohort-based views that help leaders understand outcomes tied to enablement engagement (e.g., productivity/performance measures by enablement completion criteria).
Contribute analysis that connects certification activity and scores to business outcomes—helping Enablement and Sales Leadership identify where additional coaching tools or assessments may be needed.
Help document metric definitions and data assumptions so reporting is consistent and trusted across stakeholders.
Convert analyses into clear narratives and visuals that are actionable for Enablement leaders and partners (Product, Marketing, Ops).
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field AND graduating no earlier than Dec 2026
Experience and comfort working with large datasets
Ability to build clear, accurate reporting and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail and willingness to document assumptions/definitions to improve trust in metrics
