Senior Legal Compliance Supervisor

Role Overview

• Ensure organizational adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and implement compliance programs
• Monitor business activities and conduct audits
• Provide guidance to mitigate risk
• Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps
• Perform risk evaluations and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues promptly
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
• Stay informed on new laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• 4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
