Perform judgmental credit analysis on motorcycle financing applications;
Assess payment capacity, customer profile, collateral, and operational risk;
Examine registration and financial documents and credit bureau reports;
Determine the risk level of applications in accordance with current policy;
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and company guidelines;
Interact with internal and external partners, providing guidance when needed;
Monitor the quality of approvals and flag potential deviations;
Prepare management reports to monitor the portfolio;
Support the updating of controls and area indicators/KPIs;
Contribute improvement suggestions to the Motorcycle BU's credit processes.

Previous experience or background in credit analysis;
Knowledge of or familiarity with motorcycle financing products;
Basic knowledge of financial analysis, payment capacity assessment, and credit risk;
Basic knowledge of credit-related legislation and compliance;
Experience with or familiarity in preparing management reports;
Intermediate Excel (required);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical, organized, and good judgment;
Willingness to travel, if required;
Availability for occasional shifts on weekends and holidays;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and sustainable results.
