Requirements
Solid market knowledge and several years of experience in the telecommunications industry
Established network with decision-makers at MNOs, MVNOs, service providers, and relevant technology and systems partners
Understanding of the value chain for prepaid and postpaid models
Up-to-date knowledge of challenges around SIM registration, fraud prevention, KYC requirements, and digital identification procedures
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as national identification requirements for prepaid, eIDAS 2.0, the EUDI Wallet, and risk mitigation requirements
Proven ability to translate technical and regulatory topics into business value, especially in the context of digital onboarding processes, conversion optimization, risk reduction, and compliance-by-design
Comfortable navigating between compliance, product, IT, and sales on the customer side
Ability to understand both regulatory risks and commercial KPIs
Ability to strategically advise telecom companies and position modern identity and signature solutions
Fluent German and good English skills
