Efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
Establish and encourage leading practices for all deployments.
Gather requirements, configure systems, convert data, and perform solutions testing.
Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules
Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.
4+ years consulting experience
Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling prioritization and managing of multiple initiatives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Strong mentorship and partnership skills, with a focus on encouraging a collaborative and positive environment.
Strong industry knowledge is essential, including staying abreast of current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and identifying new opportunities.
Proven ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements through various techniques, ensuring project clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs, is critical.
Strong solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources, are highly desired.
