About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
- Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
- Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business
- Work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
Requirements
- In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
- Consulting and relationship management skills
- Technical, product and process knowledge
- Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
