Supports the evaluation, development, and execution of energy efficiency projects across industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, distribution, and complex commercial facilities.
Focuses on existing mechanical systems' performance, cost, constructability, and operational reliability.
Combines technical field work, engineering analysis, and solution development.
Interfaces with customers confidently and balances field-based assessments with detailed engineering calculations.
Works cross-functionally with Technical Solutions, Mechanical, BMS, and Sales teams to support project development from initial assessment through client delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, energy audits, facilities engineering, or industrial systems analysis
Working knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in complex facilities
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
Demonstrated ability to perform independent engineering analysis
Ability to travel locally with occasional national travel (up to ~20%)
