Partner with clients to consult on overall paid search digital marketing strategies that create a win-win relationship
Build and execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns inside of Google Ads & Microsoft PPC ads
Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs
Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals
Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords & audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients’ goals
Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
Identify, maximize and present new opportunities for client growth
Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
Requirements
2+ years experience in a digital marketing agency
2+ years experience in CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred)
2+ years experience managing LSAs
2+ years experience managing budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads of $50k
$100k p/month, ~15+ Google PPC accounts simultaneously, including multi-location businesses
Preferred: experience with home service based businesses
Experience using Call Tracking Metrics, Call Rail, or other Call tracking platforms
Understanding of end-to-end or offline tracking
Experience in project management tools (Asana preferred)
Experience communicating strategy (written and verbal)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite
