The Senior Digital Strategist will own paid search and paid social execution for multiple clients, manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for a portfolio of clients
- Manage campaign builds end to end: keyword research, audience development, ad copy, bid strategy, landing page recommendations, budget pacing
- Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale what's working
- Serve as the primary paid media point of contact for clients: you'll be on calls with the client’s CMO, in Slack channels, and leading the conversation
- Support CRO initiatives: landing page audits, A/B test ideation, conversion funnel analysis
- Contribute to content strategy by identifying high-intent keyword themes and audience insights from paid data
- Assist with analytics and measurement: GA4 configuration, attribution modeling, dashboard development
- Participate in new business pitches and audits as a subject matter expert
- Help build and refine internal processes and playbooks as the team grows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience — you've personally built and managed campaigns, not just overseen agencies or teams doing the work
- Deep platform expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads at a minimum
- You're comfortable managing $20K–$150K+/month in combined ad spend across multiple accounts
- Strong analytical chops, you're fluent in GA4, comfortable with spreadsheets, and can connect ad performance to business outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communicator who can translate campaign data into strategic insights for non-technical clients
- You're scrappy, self-directed, and thrive in small-team environments where you wear multiple hats
- You care deeply about being ahead of the curve. You stay current on platform changes, test new approaches, and take pride in your work
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or lead generation campaigns is strongly preferred
- LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads experience is a strong plus
