Role Overview
- Assist the Chief Legal Counsel in providing analysis and research on various administrative matters
- Act as district liaison for public records requests
- Receive and route telephone calls
- Manage confidential legal and case files and programmatic records
- Process incoming mail, invoices, and time sheets
Requirements
- Independent work assisting the Chief Legal Counsel
- Legal research and writing as requested
- Ability to maintain court calendars and confidential legal case files
- Perform notary services and prepare legal documents
