You are responsible for performing payroll accounting for personnel costs, ensuring compliance with relevant company, labor and social security regulations.
You manage the digital time management processes related to time tracking and work with real-time data.
You advise and support our employees on all income tax and social security matters.
You handle correspondence and communication with health insurers, social security agencies and other authorities.
You are the first point of contact for employees regarding the company ticket (e.g., public transportation pass).
You handle administrative pre
and post-payroll tasks.
You are responsible for preparing reports.
You oversee the administration and quality control of performance-based compensation.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications.
Relevant experience in payroll accounting—ideally in the public sector.
Good knowledge of tax and social security law, as well as TVöD Bund (collective agreement for federal public service) and leave regulations.
Confident user of MS Office.
Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a structured, solution-focused working style.
Team player, flexible, and highly discreet.
Experience with Sage and ATOSS is helpful but not required.
