Understand project-specific customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals for the service and repair of large transformers in northern Germany
Support the Germany sales team by negotiating, clarifying and advising on technical customer requirements and issues
Analyze assigned markets for growth potential and develop and implement corresponding market development strategies
Identify and assess technical project risks and discuss technical project requirements with internal and external stakeholders
Detect project increases and decreases at an early stage and develop necessary corrective actions
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, master craftsman qualification or equivalent
Several years of relevant professional experience in technical sales or project management
Solid technical understanding of high-voltage products (knowledge of transformers is an advantage)
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Proficient user of MS Office
Outgoing, communicative personality with a high degree of self-organization
Sales affinity with strong negotiation and presentation skills when dealing with demanding customers
