Process core EIS & payroll information from new start to daily information to termination
Resolve manager queries within timeframe targets
Ensure that NZ Post people are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with the appropriate employment agreement, legislation & company policy
Support to have a standardised way of processing within EIS by ensuring that all documentation and data input complies with current processes / procedures
Handling payroll enquiries and providing resolution to complex employee queries
Requirements
Payroll practitioner experience using HRIS (HR/Payroll) applications
Worked in a team environment in an open plan office
Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce
