About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clinical and engagement staff, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Coordinate and schedule trainings with subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring that educational programs are aligned with clinical and operational needs
Develop and implement training materials, guides, and resources to support staff education and professional development
Ensure compliance with clinical training standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices
Track and monitor staff training progress, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
Facilitate orientation sessions and hands-on clinical training to support new hires in their roles
Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends
Maintain accurate training documentation and records, ensuring all staff meet necessary training and certification requirements
Provide support and mentorship to new hires and existing staff, reinforcing key learning objectives and protocols
Stay updated on clinical best practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years of experience in clinical training, onboarding, or nursing education
Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field (master’s preferred)
Strong ability to coordinate training programs and collaborate with subject matter experts
Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure smooth training execution
Experience developing training materials, curriculum, and competency assessments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new hires, trainers, and leadership teams
Ability to track and analyze training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools
Passion for staff development, mentorship, and fostering a strong learning culture
