About this role
Role Overview
- Drive large-scale Agile transformation and deliver hands-on support across multiple client environments
- Act as a trusted advisor coaching teams, Product Owners, and leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and mobilizing teams
- Guide solution discovery and support strategic planning
- Peer-review team deliverables
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
- Contribute to proposals and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and share knowledge related to new tools and methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, A-CSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, Kanban KMP) strongly preferred
- Additional coaching or facilitation certifications (ICAgile, ORSC, Lean, Six Sigma) advantageous
- 7–10+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, Product Consultant)
- Proven track record engaging with clients and managing expectations
- Strong leadership presence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Deep expertise across multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP)
