Role Overview
- Provide ongoing feedback to supervisees to facilitate professional development
- Supervision of regulatory consulting team
- Coordinate with supervisors to assess and track individual staff development progression
- Work with delivery managers to identify staff development and training needs
- Facilitate the ongoing improvement of training programs and resources
- Control and manage workflow from US-based consulting staff to the analyst team
- Analyze workflow on a real-time basis to ensure full coverage of all consulting teams
- Serve as point of contact to resolve any issues between the consulting team and the analyst team
- Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of all projects
- Conduct surveys of analyst team users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 – 11 years of industry experience
- Major in compliance, law, business, accounting, finance, and/or economics preferred
