Design and document end-to-end HR processes, mapping workflows, handoffs, and dependencies to ensure efficiency and scalability
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize workflows with a focus on automation and AI integration
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze data trends and root causes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure processes align with design and compliance standards, driving corrective action as needed
Lead cross-functional efforts to implement new processes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
Manage the change adoption process, supporting stakeholder engagement and communication to drive success
Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver operational excellence
Serve as a resource and mentor within HR Operations, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
12+ years of experience in process improvement, HR operations, or program management, with a proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred) and hands-on experience driving end-to-end process improvement projects
Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid, Miro) and HR technology platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
Experience in defining and managing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering data-driven insights to improve operational performance
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Case Management, and broader HR Operations is desirable
