Role Overview
- Responsibility for the four production areas of the Business Unit Therapy at the Lübeck production site
- Lead the line managers of the respective production lines
- Work closely with other managers and interface partners
- Actively drive the strategic development of the production area
- Optimize structures and implement innovative technologies
- Monitor relevant KPIs such as productivity and continuous improvement of manufacturing and process flows
- Ensure supply availability and on-time delivery
- Responsible for inventory management and compliance with regulatory requirements as well as occupational health and safety
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., business or engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Many years of (leadership) experience in production and supply chain operations
- Extensive practical experience applying Lean Management methods
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
