About this role
Role Overview
Analyze, monitor and further develop cost and performance accounting
Prepare meaningful reports, analyses and decision documents for internal reporting
Take responsibility for budget, planning and forecasting processes in close collaboration with the business units
Manage and implement your own controlling and steering projects
Further develop controlling processes, methods and tools with a focus on transparency and efficiency
Work closely with those responsible for care rates and the head of corporate controlling
Participate in projects to improve profitability and efficiency
Business partnering: Advise on financial and operational issues as an equal partner
Requirements
Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a corporate or services environment
Solid knowledge of cost and performance accounting
Strong affinity for IT and numbers, especially very confident use of MS Excel
Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team orientation, strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration
Identification with the Christian values and the diaconal mission of Lafim-Diakonie
