Role Overview
- Perform business requirement gathering for one or more regions
- Work directly with various business groups and IT teams
- Ensure appropriate solutions to monitor requirements
- Involved from initial scoping, discovery, and documentation
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Understand and help convert business domain needs into IT solutions
- Capture detailed requirements and document them
- Provide onsite monitoring and management of User Acceptance Testing
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in business analysis
- Practical experience of estimating and detailed planning of analysis work streams
- Ability to complete User stories, Business Specifications, Use cases
- Passion for analysis and awareness of best-in-class practices
- Problem solver with a curious mindset
- Strong relationship builder and engaging facilitator skill set
- Clear and concise communicator, understands and adapts to the audience
- Influential, knowledgeable, and decisive
- Skilled negotiator, manages complexity
- Experience with Web technologies
