Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior manufacturing experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior manufacturing experience.
Leadership experience of non-exempt is preferred.
Composite experience is preferred.
Understands basic supervisory approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution.
Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
Experience with Delmia is preferred.
Experience with Concur/SAP, ARIBA and Envoy preferred.
