Commercial responsibility for projects and orders for customers and subsidiaries in an international environment
Order entry and processing in the ERP system (SAP SD and PS modules) and tracking of agreed delivery dates
Assessment and implementation of commercial and logistical customer requirements
Initiation of delivery processing in collaboration with the respective specialist departments
Invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments
Initiation of supporting processes such as commission accruals, commission payments, risk assessment, master data creation
Inside sales support for customers
Support in the preparation of quotations
Requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering, alternatively completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project order processing within an internationally operating industrial company
Knowledge of SAP (modules SD, MM and PP/PS)
Goal-oriented, self-reliant and team-oriented working style as well as good assertiveness
Intercultural competence and fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
