Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations
Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools
Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders
Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws
Support international mobility and relocation processes
Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication
Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience
3-5 years within an international environment (previous HR experience in Italy is a must)
Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Italy is mandatory, Spain and Portugal would be ideal
Fluent in English and Italian
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
