Maximize lead conversion by lead qualification: Identify, enrich, engage and qualify inbound leads into high quality sales opportunities.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns to strategic accounts, including pro-active engagement with hard-to-reach stakeholders, such as influencers and decision makers by bypassing gatekeepers.
Collaborate closely with peers to share best practices across different regions, field sales and marketing teams across Barco.
Build relationships with (potential) end customers, influencers and decision makers in complex buying environments.
Ensure continuity, engagement and conversion through coordinated communication and tracking on leads assigned to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
1-2 years in a sales, marketing or customer-facing role in a technical B2B environment.
2+ years of proven inside sales experience (depending level).
Strong interest in and ability to understand and communicate complex technical products and solutions.
Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce).
Pro-active, self-driven and capable of working independently within a structured KPI framework.
High customer-first attitude.
Teamplayer.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Fluent in Spanish, English, any other language is a plus.
