About this role
Role Overview
You are part of a friendly, collegial team that ensures employee satisfaction and provides good support to our staff
Recording and processing of hires, contract changes and amendments, and terminations of employment
Preparation of employment references (work certificates)
Preparing personnel data for distribution to managers
Requirements
Completed vocational training with initial professional experience (ideally in HR)
Quick comprehension and an independent, structured and meticulous working style
Confident manner, team player and strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
