HR controlling: design and implementation of HR controlling, analysis of personnel metrics, and preparation of reports and analyses for workforce planning and budgeting
Act as a link between employment law and payroll, providing support in operational HR tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as a Personnel Clerk or HR Specialist (m/f/d), or a degree with a focus on HR and employment law, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of employment and labor law; experience with collective bargaining law (BAT-KF) is a plus
Ideally, some prior experience in HR, particularly in HR controlling and employment law
Confident user of MS Office
Provision of a police clearance certificate (certificate of good conduct) upon hire
