Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across all outbound digital channels to generate leads and drive growth
Creation of content including copywriting for social media, email marketing, some websites, and other digital communications
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and other outbound engines (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot)
Use analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, measure against goals (ROI, KPIs) and generate reports to inform future strategies
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, or internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging with all digital and eCommerce platforms
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance against insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Create and maintain calendar to deliver targeted content
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years B2B experience in digital marketing or similar; dental, medical device, pharma, or similar is a plus
Proficiency in SEO/GEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media is required
Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Paid Social Platforms (e.g. Facebook)
Experience with DXP (website platform) is preferred
Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel)
