Role Overview
- Provide Back-Office support for Title Company
- Provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
- Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline
- Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
- Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
- Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
- Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
- Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
- Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Familiarity with title production applications such as Resware and Title Plants like DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline
- Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
- Flexible to work in any shift, primarily for night shift
- Any Graduate
