You advise and support the entrepreneurial general agents and their leaders on both operational and strategic HR matters.
You conduct recruitment interviews for field/sales positions, such as sales managers, principal agents, specialist roles and insurance advisors.
As part of Talent Management, you are responsible for in-house development assessments for our succession talents.
You handle administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
You take on HR projects within the agency distribution to continuously improve HR processes and HR services.
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship with a qualification as an HR specialist with a Swiss Federal Diploma (eidg. FA) or a completed degree in Human Resources / People Management
Several years of experience in operational HR and recruitment
Strong conceptual skills
Charismatic, service-oriented and responsible personality combined with a structured and independent working style
Excellent communication skills in French and German; Italian is an advantage
