HR Application Support Consultant

Role Overview

• Take ownership of incidents opened by clients for Nexpublica solutions in production
• Call back client contacts to diagnose the application issue or determine the root cause of the incident
• Assess incidents and propose a solution when the anomaly is attributable to the software product
• Assist clients with the use of the software products in production
• Report client requests and needs
• Perform regulatory updates to standard configuration settings
• Report commercial opportunities identified during client interactions
• Participate in functional testing activities
• Record and update activity follow-up in internal tools

Requirements

• Degree or training in human resources management or payroll
• More than 2 years' experience in the same field, ideally within the public sector or at a software vendor
• Good interpersonal skills; enjoys client contact and has a client-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and with rigor in task execution
• Knowledge of an HR software used by the public sector and/or SAP BusinessObjects is an advantage
