Role Overview
- Provide strategic and technical advice in personnel management
- Advise on and interpret policies for managers and HR leaders
- Conduct research on laws and court rulings
- Define program objectives and develop implementation plans
- Provide technical expertise for job classification programs
- Plan and conduct studies on working conditions and pay practices
- Participate in projects and special assignments
- Develop quality indicators to measure program effectiveness
- Advise on U.S. benefits and personnel programs
Requirements
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences (FH) in a relevant field
- Several years of relevant experience
- Tact, negotiation skills, resilience, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Business‑fluent English and German, both written and spoken
- Valid Class B driver’s license
