Provide on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of GCMS systems, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems
Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot integrated solutions (hardware, software, peripherals, communications, and applications) to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and proactively address potential equipment or software problems to minimize customer downtime
Deliver fully integrated solutions (non-design role) and ensure high customer satisfaction through technical guidance and support
Act as a technical resource internally, manage product escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D) to resolve customer issues
Comply with all customer/vendor credentialing, identification, certification, and health and safety requirements to access customer sites
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Biochemical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Early-career professional or postgraduate, eager to build a career in field service and customer-facing technical support
Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Flexible and willing to travel (up to 35%), including overnight stays, to support customers on-site
