Support business units in change initiatives (in particular bank-wide management; HR; Communications & Marketing; Legal & Compliance) — from idea through requirements definition to implementation
Elicit, analyze, prioritize and document business requirements in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
Translate business requirements into IT specifications, e.g. for data flows, reporting, interfaces or process adjustments
Contribute to the development of IT domain strategies (target architectures, roadmaps, implementation plans, etc.) together with the business units and departments
Actively participate in and manage projects, including taking responsibility for sub-projects
Provide change-management support to ensure the successful introduction of new processes, systems or regulatory requirements
Requirements
Relevant vocational training or a degree, for example in economics/business administration or (business) informatics/IT
Professional experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and/or requirements management in a banking environment
Knowledge of IT architecture as well as process analysis and optimization
Understanding of banking processes; experience in bank-wide management and/or data integration is desirable
Strong communication skills, facilitation ability and a structured way of working
High level of initiative, team spirit and the ability to present complex matters clearly
