Mentor and guide other developers—elevating overall team capability and technical maturity
Stay current on emerging integration trends, including cloud platforms, APIs, and AI/LLM‑enabled solutions
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise integrations within the Workday ecosystem
Advanced expertise with Workday Studio (required), cloud connectors, EIBs, and payroll integrations
Strong command of XSLT/XML and complex Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, object models, BIRT)
Demonstrated success translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable integration designs
Solid understanding of global PX processes and enterprise PX technology landscapes
Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and modern integration patterns
Knowledge of security and identity concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and secure data exchange
Proficiency or strong working knowledge of SQL, Java, Python, and JavaScript
Experience contributing to or influencing enterprise system architecture decisions
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Self‑directed, disciplined, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership.
