About this role

Partner with customers to understand their business processes, systems, and needs
Design tailored solutions and integration approaches aligned with client environments
Support the sales process through discovery, workshops, and tailored demos
Lead onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Analyse client systems and data (ETRMs, ERPs, CRMs, Excel, etc.) to inform solution design
Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to product improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams

Experience as a Sales Engineer, consultant, business analyst, or similar client-facing role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to understand complex business processes and design practical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in the energy trading sector, commodity trading, fintech, or similar industries
Proficiency in Excel; scripting experience (Python, VBA, or R) is a plus
STEM background preferred (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Degree)
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
