Support for compliance reviews and certification processes
Continuous development of the customer service platform (SharePoint) using AI-based solutions
Management and maintenance of the global product portfolio in SAP EH&S for customer service
Support and further development of Smartsheet solutions
Subject-matter support and delivery of training for international subsidiaries

Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical-technical assistant or comparable qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Good knowledge of SAP EH&S, SAP Recipe Development and SAP BI
User-level experience with Smartsheet
Independent, structured and methodical way of working
Strong team orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
