Conducts analysis from the field infection prevention team, creates reports, informational decks, and presents them accordingly.
Manage processes and timelines to achieve specific project objectives.
Act as infection management subject matter expert: Identifies and develops necessary training.
Provides education to stakeholders and field partners.
Manages infection management field and village resources.
Works with stakeholders to create initiatives and roll-out plans and evaluate adoption through defined measures of success.
Drives the infection prevention team’s quality and performance initiatives.
Coordinates and manages meetings and communications between the field infection prevention and the village infection management.
Supports pilot initiatives as needed.
Establishes necessary workgroups for infection management initiatives.
Acts as an infection management representative across village workgroups.
Requirements
Minimum requirement: Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse ADN, BSN, MSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Required Board Certification in Infection Control (CIC). If not presently certified, must be certified within 3 years of hire.
Preferred Experience in infection control.
Preferred Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Required Travel up to 5%.
