Manage approx. 20 Warehouses in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Implements and recommends or decides (depending on spend) the strategy, sourcing and contracting of the commodity in order to achieve adequate supplier base that will generate competitive advantage for the operations across Europe.
Closely follows commodity cost drivers and develops an in-depth understanding of market dynamics to proactively take actions on timing and extension of sourcing process and contracts
Formulate action plans with defined objectives, targets and responsibilities to support agreed upon global sustainability strategies.
Measure and monitor progress against global sustainability targets.
Provide contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply of his/her portfolio of materials.
Accountable for Quality and Service from managed suppliers.
Drive Quality and Service improvement strategies.
Accountable for audit compliance.
Contribute to zero consumer recalls.
Collaborate with peers in Procurement Logistics Freight Ocean/Air/Road in the Area of EUANZ and globally
Support End to End solutions in Warehousing operations incl. digital within Supply Chain in the Area
Lead Supplier Relationship Management Program with selected supplier(s)
Requirements
Higher education preferably in Supply chain/Logistics or Business
Extensive experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehousing and/or Logistics of min. 10 years
Experience in procurement of at least one of the following fields NPS or Logistics Procurement of min. 3 years
Agile and sharp in everyday work.
Learning on a fly.
Able and willing to travel 20% of time or more.
Excellent command of English verbal, reading, writing.
Other languages are a plus.
