Assist internal and external stakeholders with procurement processes and tools.
Help create and update clear instructions for users; provide basic guidance and support.
Ensure accuracy of supplier master data and procurement documentation.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives under team guidance.
Support end-user service channels, including ticketing system and scheduling tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
Fluent skills in English and Finnish (written and verbal); Swedish is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
Service-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of procurement or Source-to-Pay processes will be considered an advantage.
Interest in using digital tools or AI to improve efficiency.
Internships in supply chain, procurement, or related fields are a plus.
